解剖位置：
有背闊肌，髂肋肌；有第11肋間動、靜脈背側支；布有第10、11胸神經後支。
穴道配伍：
意舍穴配脾俞穴，胃俞穴治腹脹，意舍穴配期門穴，陽陵泉穴，有疏肝利膽，清熱除濕的作用，黃疸，刺灸法治法，寒則補而灸之，熱則瀉針出氣，針刺方法一股向椎體方向斜刺0，5～0，8寸，斜刺0，5～0，8寸，局部酸脹， 不可深刺，以防刺傷內臟，艾灸方法艾炷灸3～7壯，或艾條灸5～15分鐘。
