穴名介紹：
經渠：經，動而不居；渠，溝渠。此穴為手太陰肺經穴，其脈氣流行不止，又當橈骨莖突內側與橈動脈之間，形成凹陷處，如溝渠之水，故名。
針刺方法：
直刺0.3-0.5寸
解剖位置：
橈側腕屈肌腱的外側，有旋前方肌當橈動、靜脈外側處；布有前臂外側皮神經和橈神經淺支混合支。
穴道配伍：
經渠穴配肺俞穴，尺澤穴治咳嗽，經渠穴配中府穴，尺澤穴治咳嗽，氣喘，經渠穴配丘墟穴，有肅降肺氣，寬胸利氣的作用，咳嗽胸滿，胸背急，治胸背痛，經渠穴配丘墟穴，魚際穴，昆侖穴，京骨穴，有通經活絡止痛的作用，背痛，經渠穴配大椎穴，風池穴治熱病汗不出，經渠穴配合谷穴
